We offer art, digital assets, and creative services as described in each plan, product, or page. Anything not clearly mentioned or outlined is not included by default.

2. Discretionary Efforts

Any help, service, customization, or extra communication we provide outside the agreed offering is done purely out of goodwill and our own generosity. If something isn’t officially listed, it is up to us whether we choose to offer it or not. It’s not a promise — it’s our time and our choice.

3. Communication

We try to reply as quickly as possible, but responses may vary depending on the day, load, or nature of your request.

4. Ownership and Usage

All original artworks and materials remain the intellectual property of Munosojin unless explicitly transferred. You’re free to use what you’ve paid for — just don’t resell or misuse it without permission.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Once a service or product has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed unless there’s a clear issue from our side. If you cancel midway, we may deduct work already done.

6. Liability

We’re not liable for how you use the final product or service. Our responsibility ends once the promised delivery is made.

7. Updates to Terms

These terms may change over time. If they do, we’ll post the new version here. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
